Kain and Scott staff at the Maple Grove Office treated me with nothing but respect, always with empathetic listening ears, courtesy and patience! I so appreciated their kindness and time in answering my many inquiries. They are all experts at what they do and took stress off my shoulders by guiding me through the process step by step. Everyone provided fast updates and kept me on track for required documents and emailed me reminders of important calendar dates. I'm grateful to have been pointed their way (found them while searching excellent bankruptcy firms). Jesse Horoshak and Tim Torreson were the main two I dealt with at Kain. But everyone mentioned here coordinated efforts like a well-oiled team. They are: Brittany Milless, Sheryl Myers, Julie Sypnieski, Stefanie Witte, and Stephanie Buerger. Going through the process of bankruptcy can be stressful, but with the help of Jesse and Brittany, I was made to feel welcome and at home as they walked me through the entire process. when we went to kain and scott we were in a bad spot in our lives they immediately made us feel relaxed (everyone there is so kind). We met with jesse and he answered all our questions and helped us find the right path for our situation. Jesse and his team (Tim, Brittany, Sheryl) were and still are (they don't just file and run like I've heard other firms do) There for us any issue we have had they were there and fixed the issue right away!!! The meeting of creditors (we had Kelsey with us) went really well Kelsey did a great job helping us with the trustees questions.
