Not enough words can even explain the Gratitude I personally have for everyone at Kirshbaum Law. They seem to have a real understanding of what real life issues are without getting on you. Instead they will figure out a way to personally help you. My right side of my hands don't work well they decide to help with most everything I said I couldn't do. I so used to getting rude remarks or no understanding. No they gave me such care with understanding that made me feel so comfortable with everything never did they question me. They knew that I already was traumatized from the horrible hit and run accident from years ago. They where the only Law Firm that did not take advantage of my situation because my time was running out. They have integrity. And I'll tell you right now having a law firm with Integrity is the most important thing. I would recommend them to anyone. I sure know I'm keeping them for life!

When my wife and I were in an auto accident last year, we were extremely nervous about dealing with the confusing world of both auto and medical insurance surrounding an accident. The first good piece of advice that we took was to get a lawyer at all. And we’re extremely glad we chose Jim. He and his staff have navigated two paths extremely well. One is the effort to get us adequate compensation for our injuries. Some of those injuries are easily quantifiable by the hospital bills. But others are proving just as life-changing but less easy to quantify, and Jim has been able to tell that story such that we’ve received the start of a fair settlement. He’s now working on other avenues of compensation, which we wouldn’t have known to explore. The other path he and his staff have navigated is helping my wife and I understand all of this. None of it is intuitive to us, and Jim has not once lost patience with us no matter how often we ask the same questions. I’m extremely pleased with the experience we’ve had with Jim.
