Pros
1
Effective and thorough legal representation in complex cases
“She was efficient, thorough and empathic to clearly highly emotional situation, she knows the laws and she and her team were prepared and organized especially the days of trial.”
2
Strong communication and client-focused approach
“She asked what I was looking to get out of this and set out and we did just that. Had a solid game plan, communicated every single step of the way.”
3
Compassionate and professional service
“Compassionate and professional. I am thankful to have Anna Street on my side during a tough situation.”
4
Strong advocacy for clients' interests
“Alexandra is extremely knowledgeable and has a command for effective communication, both written and verbal. She was extremely responsive when I had questions on my case, and she was sensitive to my needs.”
5
Positive outcomes for clients
“At the end, we got the very results we set out for.”
Cons
1
Inconsistent communication and responsiveness
“They cancelled my SENE after I've been waiting for almost a year to get it done just because I wasn't bringing my lawyer.”
2
Billing concerns and potential overcharging
“Whatever you do, don't use Tom tuft as a PC. His orders were ambiguous, his process is incredibly expensive (many In person meetings to deal with something that could be done via email), his communication sucks with answering/returning emails, and his ability to write concise orders is just too much to ask.”
3
Perceived bias and lack of neutrality
“Susan is a very nonprofessional and a very biased attorney. She was chosen for mediation & is very one sided & far from being neutral like she is supposed to be.”
4
Lack of attention to detail and preparation
“At what should have been the end of my divorce, they sent a first year lawyer/paralegal to represent me at the court of appeals. I did not pay for a first year lawyer.”
5
Unresponsive to client concerns
“I complained and sent her links to several online courses run by non-profits that teach how to better speak to survivors of domestic abuse and violence. I also demanded an apology (obviously, not yet forthcoming). Instead of doing any of the above she charged me $80 for my complaint.”
