Expensive services and potential for over-billing
“Whatever you do, don't use Tom tuft as a PC. His orders were ambiguous, his process is incredibly expensive (many In person meetings to deal with something that could be done via email), his communication sucks with answering/returning emails, and his ability to write concise orders is just too much to ask.”
