Would rate a zero if possible I do not recommend hiring Dennis Simpson to represent you. We hired him for an estate process, and he told us, during the process, that we were lucky to get anything, since we were STEP CHILDREN. Dennis did not represent us thru the process, he was just a YES man to the other lawyer. We prepaid for his service when it was supposedly close to being finished, and then it really got bad. We no longer get answers to emails sent, asking questions about the case. (Now 3 years later and not finished.) Best advice I can give, is find another lawyer, and don't waste your money or time. A lot of money spent for nothing. I have really lost faith in the system and how this firm allows someone to stay on, that does not do what he is paid for. Only after the money! Hoping this helps so no one else gets ripped off and unrepresented!

Very very disappointed. Dennis has done NOTHING for me. My calls aren't returned, my concerns are ignored, no reply to my emails. I 100% suspect he's doing favors for the party that I hired him to defend my rights against and he has catered to them. He made a deal with the other party without my knowledge or consent when he specifically knew I wanted to contest. I was totally blindsided and shocked. The other party is breaking Minnesota state probate laws and have gotten away with it so far. All I get from Dennis is "I haven't heard anything" for the past year. Because I've heard nothing from the other party, according to state probate laws in Minnesota, I have the right to take action but Dennis hasn't informed me about this which I think a lawyer should do forthe party that hired them. This probate is ongoing and I will update my review accordingly. As of right now, hire at your own risk especially if the probate involves another party. Hire a lawyer who is not local. They all know eachother in the Marshall area. 😔

Dennis Simpson will fight for you. He is highly intelligent. Reasonable. And a great communicator. I highly recommend and respect this firm. Great lawyers.

Absolutely horrible. My attorney didnt fully inform me of what was happening through the entire process. cost me my kids. very misrepresented and he was very professionally negligent

Prompt, cordial, fair, helpful

Dennis is a good attorney but is a shyster. He attempted to take advantage of the trust I had in him and had me sign a paper attempting to get all of the remaining funds for himself which was almost a 5k above his original fee. A shame when you cannot trust your own lawyer.

They are the worst lawyers anybody could have. They only respond to you before the get your money, but once they get paid they don't care about you or your case. They are the worse!! I'm not very hard to please so trust me when I say these guys are the worse!
