Tracy Law Firm did an excellent job in getting me approved for disability benefits. From the moment of our first phone conversation they were courteous, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were consistent in keeping me informed, telling me when I will receive paperwork in the mail, from them and the Social Security office, and how to deal with it. Other than filling out some paperwork, Tracy Law firm did all of the work. Because of their knowledge and willingness to fight for me, I’ve been approved for disability benefits. I will always credit Tracy Law firm for making my life just a little bit easier.

I researched who was out there that would help me pursue a disability claim as it just seemed unfair that I was no longer working through no fault of my own. Every time I search or tried different type of searches I would get the Tracy Law Firm. I believe that I send them a letter first wondering if they handled my type of claim and because of my distance from them. I received a call from them a few days later and we had a very good discussion. From there it was determined that they were pretty sure they could get something from a claim. I had been off work for alittle over a year when this all came together. In the beginning it started alittle bit slow as I was working with Mark Tracy and he had told me that there would be things happening and then it would be where I wouldn’t hear things for a few months; and right on he was. Maybe about the third-fourth month after I hooked up with their firm, I received some calls to find out if I was available to meet with some folks. I did this and was surprised that we were together for three hours questioning about my work history, family life, married life, my activities and everything else. About that same time I meet with two other people that went over my life once again making sure that everything was in correct order and the other person directed him inquiry about my disabilities and when they started, what did I try to correct them, the effect on my family, how much hospital time I had spent. Every one of these folks did a great job at what it was they were suppose to do but while I was with them, I have to say they upset me with all the questions and many over and over. After that, there was a significant break as I really didn’t believe that investigators were out verifying all of my information, meeting with various people I gave for some significance in my history. Has I look back now, this was the most frustrating period of the process and I called a number of times to the Tracy Law Office and asked to speak with Mark which most of the time he wouldn’t be in or was in court, etc. However, I did get to know others in the office and they were wonderful trying to calm me down as I figured I had just been dropped. Then as things finished up, it was the judge that I had to meet. The meeting was uncomfortable even though Mark was there with me the entire time and answered most of the questions, but these was to determine if this was a valid case or not and what he felt was the appropriate next step. So that was about June-July of 2018 and the next time I got a letter, it was to attend a hearing to determine if there would be anything further that could be done. The meeting was set up for October and was held via video conference in a small meeting room. Once again the judge laid out the summary and what was going to happen from there. Again, the judge spoke most of the meeting asking Mark a few questions and the vary end a few questions of me. From there the meeting ended and told me what had just happened. So from late 2015 to late 2018, the process certainly did have many a motions to it. However through the entire process and many phone calls I placed to Mark Tracy, he would either return my call or take it if in and usually had to calm me down some as I was very impatient. Mark led me through the entire process and pretty much told me exactly what to expect and the long breaks that it would appear nothing was happening. Mark not only led me along through the process he was very professional and always very cool to what was happening. I believe I gave Mark some headaches along the way but I know for 100 percent that Mark was the Lawyer for me and was the reason the entire situation went as well as it did. As for a number of other personnel from the Tracy Law Firm that I spoke with multiple times were are very polite and helpful. The bottom line was that the time I was digging around, there was a definite reason why I sent that letter off in 2015.

They are great at communication and explaining what can seem confusing. I found them to be fair, honest, friendly and proficient.
