I have had back problems for a long time and was continually getting worse. I took on Tracy law firm back in November of last year. I ended up having to do all the work, I ended up talking to SSDI and DDS myself on so many issues to resolve. Tracy gave no advice and claimed they were responsible for literally everything I was doing. They told me they can't really do anything until a claim is denied. Hence, the attorney. Last week, I was denied. They told me what their next move is. Vague response from the SSDI. Tracy withdraws immediately without even telling me anything. Sharks, man. This is what they do. They accept most claims, and they hope on the 30% initial approval rate, and when it doesn't happen, they withdraw with no notice. 100% numbers game. How insulting.

I was referred by my uncle. He did not file for disability, although he must have had clients that he has had that this firm has used. TLF was with me every step of the way. If not for TLF staying on top of my case I would not have been awarded case. It was very frustrating at times, not because of anything they were doing at all. It was the process that was long. In closing I would like to personally like to thank the gentleman that went to see the judge with me. He had an answer for the judge about my case without even having to look it up in my file.
