I Absolutely love to work with Attorney Ngawang Dolkar at Steven C. Thal, P.A. She is incredibly professional, hornets, and straightforward. I very rarely leave reviews. However, I can’t leave without some comments on her professionalism here. She is a great listener, very approachable, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate. A 5-STAR IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY WHO YOU CAN TRUST I am a retired attorney (never immigration work) and judge pro tem, having practiced law for 45 years. As such, I know what to expect from other attorneys and I’m a very meticulous evaluator of the performance of other attorneys. Recently, I needed assistance from an immigration attorney for my wife’s application for an I-601 waiver. I reviewed the reviews of several attorneys and finally sent emails to 3 attorneys enquiring about their ability to immediately process an I-601 Application. Only one, attorney Steven C. Thal replied. What amazed me was that Mr. Thal replied to me in a matter of a couple of hours. What was even more amazing was that Mr. Thal apologized that his reply wasn’t faster but he was in South America on business and he didn’t have internet access! Well, that was impressive but it didn’t stop there. I had several additional questions which I emailed to him and Mr. Thal replied to each email in an hour or so all the time while he was still in South America. I was very impressed with Mr. Thal and I immediately understood why he had all Five-Star reviews. The one thing that I was most concerned about was how quickly he could put together and submit my wife’s I-601 Application bearing in mind that it was just before Thanksgiving and the commencement of the holiday season, I expected a reply that he could prepare my wife’s Application after the first of the year but Mr. Thal assured me that he could do it in just a few weeks and would request that USCIS expedite the Application. after less than three weeks including the time that I needed to modify a few of the declarations and to obtain a couple additional ones, Mr. Thal completed and submitted my wife’s I-601 Application. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the I-601 Application, the related materials and the request for expediting prepared and submitted by Mr. Thal. Regardless of the outcome, I can tell you we have the best chance to get approval due to Mr. Thal’s excellent and expeditious assistance. I wholeheartedly recommend Steven C. Thal for all immigration work anyone might need as he is an attorney you can trust and one that does what he says he will do.
