Mr. Karalus represented my daughter who was unfortunately charged with first degree murder. At the time when we met Karalus She was represented by another attorney but we knew we had to go in a different direction. I found Christensen by accident with a google search . I wanted a friendly easy to use law firm that would give me some equal footing with the collections agency that was harassing me. While I could have ignored the calls and letters I felt it would be better for me long term to deal with it. My attorney Christopher Wilcox was professional and very knowledgeable about how collections companies operate and together we came up with a plan and reasonable expectations about where we might end up. Chris exceeded my expectations and I hope to use his services in the future on removing some old credit bureau things. This law firm was very careful with the use of my retainer and I never thought I was being milked dry. Very Happy

I’m extremely pleased with both Dan Eaton and Carl Christensen. They were easy to work with and provided top notch service. Dan and I exchanged a couple emails about closing a house sale, but hadn’t talked about details before I received an offer and wanted advice about accepting the offer and closing. We discussed both on the phone, he sent a representation agreement right after the call, and within a few hours emailed a summary of the purchase agreement. Using his notes about things that were not ideal, I quickly made a counter offer and it was accepted without further changes. Carl reviewed the closing documents in advance and explained them clearly. He blocked off his calendar for the closing time so that he would be available to answer my questions. I called him three times, all of which he answered on the first ring. Based on Carl’s advice, I convinced the title company to change a few things to my favor, completed the deal and received a check that day. I also had a realtor, but Dan and Carl were the ones I trusted to represent my interests. They provided straight forward and effective advice for dealing with the realtor, buyer, and title company. Next time I will hire them before talking with a realtor, whether buying or selling. It’s better to avoid a dispute than resolve one.
