My brothers and I were facing a real estate issue regarding our mom's home that had spanned a few years (to include possible foreclosure). After a lot of stress attempting to respond to legal documents from the mortgage company and receiving very little helpful communication in return, we concluded that it would be most responsible to enlist the help of a professional. Carl at Christensen Law Office was fantastic to work with. He was very prompt in responding to our initial request for assistance, gave a very thorough breakdown of our situation after reviewing public records, and he was similarly available for any questions we had along the way. He seemed to CARE about the outcome of our situation, which really made us feel better about our situation, and gave us confidence that we were in the right. Through his expertise, he pinpointed some oversights/missteps in the writing of the plaintiff's documentation, which we feel could likely have been overlooked by many other professionals. Hiring Carl saved us a lot of money, saved our mom's home from foreclosure, and confirmed that, legally, what the mortgage company was trying to collect from us was inaccurate. We almost paid it, because we didn't know any better, which is why we're so grateful that we were referred to Christensen Law Office. We will definitely use their services again if, God forbid, they are needed.

Christensen Law did what I thought was impossible. They actually found and contacted my new subprime Mortgage company and beat them. I was put into foreclosure when they bought my loan. Our family worked directly with Carl and he was wonderful in taking our situation and helping to us to understand it and what his thought process was. Professional but extremely easy to talk to in a relaxed manner on a serious issue, and was realistic about the projected end result. Billing was broken out very concretely. I don't want to say I would love to work with Carl and his team again because that means we are having more legal issues, but if that were the case well then yes I would love to work with Christensen Law Office again.
