I highly recommend Christensen Law for anyone looking for a firm that is adept at communicating the legalese of identity theft, debt and consumer rights and FCRA law. They are empathetic to the anxiety and confusion of a less informed credit consumer. Carl took my case and immediately set my mind at ease with the entire process of fighting fraudulent accounts on my credit report that were sold to junk debt collection agencies. I was threatened with a court summons (without any evidence I owed the debt they claimed) hoping they’d receive a default judgment if I didn’t show up to court. I trusted his experience and expertise, followed his direction and it resulted in the most winning outcome possible for my case. Case dismissed. I can now move forward with a clearer understanding of and confidence in FDCPA regulations and credit consumer legal rights. I hope I don’t have any need to use these kind of financial legal services again. However, there are awful collection lawyers out there making millions off of the ignorance and fear of the average citizen.
