I was Represented by Howard Sussman, for a car accident I was in. He was able to negotiate a settlement for me, very pleased, with the work he did in my behalf.

I would like to talk about my experience with Mr Howard’s on how well he and his staff worked so hard for me. They worked so hard that they extended the amount of money that I was going to get too. He was really friendly and nice that I totally recommend him to all my friends and family when every they get in any accident.

When my wife and I were being investigated by CPS for abuse of our 2 months old son due to having a fractured elbow that we couldn’t explain except for being handled by 14 medical professionals the week prior to the fracture due to our son being born with Intestinal Malrotation, and the three scenarios that we explained to CPS that were out of the norm the night we noticed something wasn’t right with his arm and brought him into the ER and were told that the hospital has to report the fracture to CPS based on the nature of the fracture and that they didn’t believe that neither my wife or I did anything to cause the fracture. We both thought that system was going to work for us and we had nothing to worry about. After being investigated for two weeks, CPS closed our case and my wife and I thought everything was going to be ok. 6 weeks later on the night of our 7th wedding anniversary, we received the closing letter from CPS that stated they believed both my wife and I abused our son to cause the fracture. We immediately called Anderson Defense and spoke with Lexi. The next day we hired Anderson Defense and immediately felt like someone was finally on our side and had a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. After appealing our case, the judge’s decision was to overturn the CPS maltreatment determination and that there was no evidence pointing that either my wife or I did anything to cause the fracture. From the very start Eric Anderson knew which direction we should go in to present our case. He was great to work with and he went above and beyond to make sure we went over every last detail. My only regret about hiring Eric Anderson was that we didn’t hire him the moment we were contacted by CPS. Thank you Eric and Lexi for proving our innocence!
