Arty Martinez helped my family navigate an incredibly challenging situation with my juvenile son. Arty is a force of nature. I was looking at 5 years in prison for felony weapons charges, and the original plea bargain was 3 years in prison with my first lawyer. So I fired him and retained Arthur. When everything was said and done, with Arthur's representation, I was sentenced to 8 months in the workhouse and 5 years of unsupervised probation. Arthur's communication was above and beyond what I expected, and he even met with me on a Sunday. Arthur will tell you he is on your side, but his client relations are clearly not a priority for him. I've tried to contact him about how my case is going, but he doesn't return emails, phone calls, or texts.
