Very professional

I loved the fact that someone spoke to me right away and was friendly. They weren't able to help me with my case which Wasn't the main issue that I was unhappy about. I was told that a lawyer would be contacting me to get more details about my case; I never received that call. I only received a text saying they couldn't help me.😔

Would not recommend. Not at all impressed with the lack of professionalism and boastful, threatening nature of a representative of this firm, Aaron Dean. As a construction professional and an elected city council member, I would never hire this man or this firm to represent me personally or professionally based on my interaction in a professional setting. This man yelled and had to be repeatedly reminded that our discussion was not personal, but business. There were 6+ witnesses to his egregious behavior. I am appalled Moss & Barnett would allow this type of poor representation from one of their own. This was my first impression, sadly.

I assure you that Matthew P. Kostolnik is an excellent and very professional attorney. I've dealt with the likes of Tom Kelly and others that are top notch attorneys here in Minnesota, & Matthew P. Kostolnik is one of the best! You are in good hands when dealing with him, and can rest assure that he will pursue what is in your best interest every time.

My husband and I needed help with an Adverse Possession case. Kelly Keedy gave us a Summary Judgement win which is highly uncommon. Without his guidance and hard work we would have lost 6 acres. If you want to hire someone that listens and cares ask for Kelly Keedy.

Both Ryan Simatic and Biersdorf and Associates were so helpful! My wife and I sold a house that had sewage backup within the first couple months after the sale. The new owners were displeased to the point they threatened to take us to court because they felt we hid past issues (which we hadn’t). Even though we were fairly confident they wouldn’t be able to prove anything… Biersforf and Associates made quick work and made our stresses go away. Very thankful to them, and highly recommend!
