I would like to take this moment to thank Joe Tamburino, Tyler Dahlen and Ashley Heaney(whom first worked with me). I am a person whom usually do not get into trouble as I continue to live my life trying to always do better. But I became a victim to my own actions as I made a choice which changed my life. With the help from this Law firm they helped me be able to see that there is still a future for myself and more to look forward towards. I thought I would be going into this case with lost of hope but with Mr. Tamburino and Mr. Dahlen fighting for me until the settlement agreement, they gave me hope that I wouldn't have to spend a big portion of my life in a facility. That I can continue my life without worries after this case was over. They handled my complicated case with great mindset and was always helpful in all the steps. I would strongly recommend this law firm as they do a lot to help assist you as long as you are willing accept the help they provide. Lastly I would like to thank Mr. Tamburino again!

Ronnie and the firm were unbelievably amazing in every step of the process for my case. For someone like me who doesn’t know much about the legal system, they made everything a whole lot easier and less complicated in these stressful times. 5 stars doesn’t even give enough gratitude to Hannah and Joe at Caplan & Tamburino, Thanks to them my reputation and record are clean🙏🏼 I had another Lawyer before I hired Hannah and Joe and I was not comfortable one bit with how my case was being handled, nothing was going my way!! When I contacted the firm they immediately were willing to listen and look into my case before mentioning any kind of payment, and when we got to that point of the discussion I was very impressed with there retainment fee. They were updating me as much an they could and honestly with how they speak and talk they don’t play they have alot of experience with the justice system All hands down the most professional law firm in all Minnesota, Couldn’t be more thankful for the results (got my case dismissed) Huge thank you to Joe and Hannah and the rest of the team at Caplan & Tambourine

Caplan & Tamburino are rock star life savers! I had shocking accusations that led to me being arrested, violently, with a huge bail. Once my family contacted the firm, Hillary showed up like an angel and assured me the firm would protect me and get me out of jail. Joe, with his sharp thinking was able to get my bail significantly reduced - I was out of jail the next day. Unfortunately, my case was extraordinarily complex and involved speculative science and medicine. And, the county was playing hard and dirty (several times changing charges and claims). Regardless, Joe was able to find world class experts, and Hillary did immense research into the science of the claims and proved unequivocally that the charges didn't make any sense scientifically. The case went to trial, tho it never should have. Within 10 minutes of cross examination of the accuser Joe exposed both Brady and Giglio violations (that few other lawyers would have caught) - this led to a mistrial and eventually dropped charges. In fact, I was almost hoping the trial went longer so that Hillary could have exposed their fraudulent science. The firm was always immediately responsive, both the staff and the lawyers. Joe and Hillary were always considerate of my questions and statements about the case. The county was so aggressive that with another firm I likely could have lost most of my life to a hoax, Caplan & Tamburino fought hard and had multiple layers of defense - I cant recommend them any more highly than I do, they're the best.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the treatment my family and I received at Caplan Tamburino Law Firm. Our experience with Ronnie Santana, Attorney, was unprofessional and disrespectful. Upon our initial visit to the firm, my family member and I were met by Mr. Santana. We informed him that we were in need of legal representation, and while we were waiting, we were eager to hear about the case, potential outcomes, and any other relevant information. However, instead of engaging with us and addressing our concerns, Mr. Santana's immediate response was dismissive and focused solely on financial matters. He insinuated that people of color may not have the financial means to cover legal fees, showing a lack of professionalism and respect. Despite our reassurances that we were prepared to cover any associated costs, Mr. Santana continued to express doubt and skepticism. After leaving us waiting for several minutes, he returned only to reiterate his concerns about payment, completely disregarding the nature of our legal issues and our interest in discussing the case further. As someone who has worked extensively within the Twin Cities community and collaborated with numerous legal professionals, I was appalled by Mr. Santana's behavior. His assumptions and treatment of us based on our ethnicity were not only unwarranted but also deeply offensive. It is disappointing to encounter such blatant discrimination and lack of professionalism from a reputable law firm. I strongly urge Caplan Tamburino Law Firm to address and rectify this issue to ensure that all clients are treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their background.
