I would not hesitate to recommend Madia Law LLC, specifically Ashwin. Ashwin was professional, detail-oriented, honest and I always felt there was open communication. His support staff was organized, responsive, timely and always followed through with tasks. I couldn't be more pleased with Madia Law. I felt Ashwin really cared about me, my family and my case.

My partner and I were defrauded millions of dollars in a business transaction, which caused a waterfall of lawsuits for us. Ashwin and his team did a great job in handling several of the suits. One of the lawsuits went on for almost two years, and Ashwin honored his original agreement with us, fighting to the end, and ultimately getting us what was probably the best possible outcome considering the circumstances. I would highly recommend him and his team.

I contacted Madia Law LLC sometime in early May I believe of this year (2020). I was fired from a company that I worked for going on about 3yrs or so. The timing was terrible since the governor announced the statewide quarantine and school shutdown the following week . I was unable to collect unemployment due to the termination and with four children at home full time ages 9,11,13, and 14 the grocery bill was higher than my mortgage. Not to mention my wife being pregnant with our 5th child. My wife found Madia Law through a google search and brought it to my attention suggesting I should call and at least find out if I had a case or not. I was pretty angry and financially stressed out at this point since I was already falling behind on mortgage and with my wife pregnant the medical bills were starting to come in. I work in construction which is a feast and famine industry and needless to say this coronavirus wasn't helping with the job search so I knew once my kid's college savings was gone, we were in trouble. I was a little hesitant about reaching out to this law firm since the year up to this point had been nothing but bad news. After going on their website and reading about what it is they can actually do for me, I realized that not only were my rights as a worker ignored in my termination but state laws were broken as well. Since I had never done this before, I had a lot of questions. I didn't have much left financially and the few times I've needed a lawyer in the past, have been expensive to say the least. Each person I spoke with at Madia Law was very professional as well as informative. I could tell they had worked with each other for a good length of time which made it easier for Claudia (Intake paperwork) to give me an overall rundown of the general process and how Ashwin normally handles things. She was very friendly, as well as professional about returning phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Ashwin (Lawyer) went over and beyond my expectations in what I was hoping to gain from this. The first time I spoke with him was the day after I did the intake with Claudia and I could tell that he had taken the time to study and understand what my concerns were. Claudia took the edge off my anxiety the day before and after getting off the phone with Ashwin I was actually pretty confident that I would be compensated for loss time and be able to get caught up and maybe replenish both savings accts. He called me and emailed me about every letter mailed and received keeping me informed of every aspect in the case. After many letters and investigations by him and his colleagues, he called me in early Nov. with the final#. It was 5X the original number that I told him I was hoping to receive when I first spoke with him. My loss time was covered and I had extra to replenish both my savings and my kids' college fund. Finally, Sara. She helped me with all the final settlement paperwork. She was a complete sweetheart and when I told her about the baby on the way she assured me that I would receive the money close to the due date. Well I received the checks today(12/7) and I am writing this review from the hospital whooo hooooo. Final Grades: Ashwin - A++ Sara - A++ Claudia - A++ I highly recommend this law firm. Saved my family's Christmas this year for sure.

They were amazing people, excellent services, and super informative. Any time I had a question about something they got back to me within an hour or two, if not immediately. They effectively changed my life for the better after my company put me out near the beginning of Covid. Thank you guys again. I would and will suggest them to anyone having problems with their current/past employers.

Avoid Joshua Newville at all costs. He offered 30% to work on a retaliation case and after a mediation wherein he failed to get an offer asked for 38%. He failed to help my case in any way. When I asked about the 30% we agreed to he denied ever offering anything in that ball park. Next he drops my case like a hot potato without giving any reason. Shady business with shady lawyers. Steer clear or your time will be wasted with Madia Law.
