If I may be honest. I have no idea what to say. In the last 4 years life had brought upon me some nasty storm's and within these storm' s "we as individuals" try are best to plant are feet and weather these storm' s in hopes they to will pass. Thinking we can do it on are own. Regardless if we are the Victim or not, Lynne Torgerson reassured me that "Hey there is a storm a Brewing but you don't have to fight this storm along"!. So with that being said, whatever storm is Brewing in your life just know you don't have to do it alone. Lynne Torgerson is Experienced, and knowledgeable. She will take the time she thinks she needs to get the facts straight and when push comes to shove, "She will become the Wolf you will need in that Court Room"! So if you are second guessing your self like I did because I thought I could do it along just know you dont have to! Thank You for taking the time to read this. I called today, someone answered the phone and rudely hang on me because I have an "accent." She didn't let me finish a sentence so she didn't know about the case. Responding to Mrs. Lynne: Mrs Lynne, You just left a message on my voicemail stating that you hung up on me because “you were in the middle of being shoveled out of the snow” you didn’t mention that you hung up because I didn’t say nothing. I was introducing myself trying to give you a background so you can understand why I was calling you. You asked twice, “if it’s a case,” I answered twice “you stopped me while I was trying to explain you” then I asked you “is a Spanish speaker that can help me” and you hung up. It is correct; I called you back no answer, so I left a message. I said: “I called this number, someone answered, was rude as didn’t let me finish a sentence and hung up; I feel it was because of my accent. Definitely, no a place where I will refer my clients. I will write a review on google.” I never said I was going to write bad things; I just wrote an honest review which represents how I feel during a call I made to you. I strongly believe that the main point of the reviews is to states an honest assessment of interactions between two parties. I hope this is a learned lesson and the next time don’t answer the phone if you are in the middle of something. Every client or possible client deserved to be respected and dealt with utmost professionalism, and intentionally hanging up the phone is NOT. With all respect, Dora
