Throughout my time running a PE firm over the past 15 years I've brushed shoulders with my fair share of lawyers. Even though most are decent, I rarely find those that are truly excellent. I'm happy to say that has been the case with Elliot, Kirsten, and Erin. My group found ourselves in a pretty sticky and complex situation, and Elliot and his team got us the very best possible outcome. They were professional, concise, and very easy to work with. They worked quickly to gather all the information surrounding our issue and understand it completely. Then they took the reins and guided the situation, but always asked for input and direction from us along the way. They were even cool enough to allow my estate attorney to participate without being at all territorial. Although I don't feel like I have unreasonable expectations, I do hold professionals to a high standard, and I'm happy to say that I would 100% use Elliot and his team in the future.
