Difficulty reaching attorneys directly, with calls often going to paralegals

High staff turnover leading to inconsistent communication and support
“It's crazy so I was approved this time after being denied 4 other times. I finally get the approval and the Quality Control department, who reviews approvals and denials (supposedly) at random (allegedly), a number around 1% of claims. The stats are that even if quality reviews your claim that they rarely reverse the decision and if they do the claims examiner will then review and resubmit. Well that obviously wasn't done and my attorney for the claim is obviously unimpressed or concerned with the fact that I received and approval and then a denial.”
