Evan was amazing to work with. He met with me personally in an atmosphere that made me feel relaxed and comfortable. He pays such fine attention to detail and doesn't make it about money. He's very quick to keep you informed and cares about you as a person and a client. He'll help you with however he can, I'd highly recommend him.

I recently had a contract dispute with a local contractor. After months of no movement on the part of the contractor, I engaged Evan to help resolve this. After collecting pertinent facts he was able to explain to the contractor my desire to cancel the contract, and justify to them why they should cancel all obligations and refund my deposit.
