5
Clients feel treated as individuals, not just "another number"
“I felt like a winner as I've been treated so well! I will recommend them to everyone!”
Cons
1
Inconsistent responsiveness, with some clients reporting difficulty reaching their assigned attorney or paralegal
“The only thing they could work on; getting a direct phone number to attorneys assistant rather than going through the main line, getting put on hold right away then leaving a message for the assistant to call back.”
2
High turnover of paralegals, which can make the process feel disconnected for some clients
“It's crazy so I was approved this time after being denied 4 other times. I finally get the approval and the Quality Control department, who reviews approvals and denials (supposedly) at random (allegedly), a number around 1% of claims. The stats are that even if quality reviews your claim that they rarely reverse the decision and if they do the claims examiner will then review and resubmit. Well that obviously wasn't done and my attorney for the claim is obviously unimpressed or concerned with the fact that I received and approval and then a denial.”
