Potential for rude or dismissive behavior from staff
“Very NOT impressed. She texted me multiple times - never responded as to when I should call. She called me at 7:45PM when I was at home with my pups. She didn't ask if I had time to talk and also didn't seem to look at my entire email which included ALL the information that I was calling about. She was aggressive. Rude. Impersonal.”
