Reitan Law Office was on a list of offices provided by my county for help with disability cases. From day one my lawyer has been very easy to talk to. He is very calm and patient. He has reassured and settled me down on several occasions which is outside of the job parameters I would have expected. I am so grateful I found Mark Dady and team. Mark and Riley have provided excellent guidance as I have navigated my first franchise agreement. I have worked with many corporate attorneys in my past and this team is the best I have worked with on all fronts - experienced, collaborative, efficient. The document they provided on my FDD was well organized, clearly written and helped me to quickly identify the risk areas in my agreement. Their depth of experience in the industry meant they were able to help me understand what is typical vs where my franchisor was deviating from industry standard. This context is so important in negotiations especially if you’re new to franchising. Our conversations have been efficient and to the point. Mark and Riley have both been very responsive and available, even occasionally responding to time sensitive issues after hours.
