I contacted this firm to obtain legal counsel thru Legal Shield, which is a paid program I subscribe to thru my employer. After hours of phone conversations and Kathleen sending my basic family law case to 9 attorney's in her office (according to her), she said nobody is interested in taking on my case. My response was, "it's typically for family law attorney's to cherry pick their cases; what a bunch of scumbags." She then sent my response to several attorney's in her office with a smiley face emoticon, apparently not realizing that she copied me on that email because she attempted to recall that email, but it was too late. I had already received it. I was then served by the "supervising attorney" Jessica with a very lengthy email to my work address and a letter via USPS to my home address, stating they are not willing to work with me due to some conflict of interest and blaming me for insisting they provide the service I pay for thru my employer. This entire office is the epitome of a money-digging firm that spends more time formulating emails and letters to decline prospective clients than actually helping people and doing the job and providing the services that organizations subscribe to. Sure, it's only a few bucks a month legal insurance for an individual, but multiply that by the hundreds of thousands of subscribers - wow, that's a LOT of monthly residual income this firm receives, and the only output they can produce is fighting to refuse service to their clients. BEWARE!!!

Attorney Kammey Mahowald is amazingly helpful, professional, responsive, and has knowledge across many legal issues. I have always gotten help from this firm.

The law firm was very helpful in helping my husband and I with our wills and Power of Attorney paperwork. I found it easy to accomplish what we needed.

Fast with return calls and very detailed information on explaining what I needed . Honestly every time I don’t understand something with any business I give them a call asap . I thank you and appreciate the asap feedback on questions. I don’t gotta think about it for days and wonder 💭.

I was very pleased with the information the attorney gave me. It helped me evaluate the material and contracts he suggested and come to a reasonable conclusion to my initial question. Will done.

John led me to believe he filed paperwork but he did not file paperwork. As a result the claim was tossed. Also - Wagner staff in general made misstatements about their own products.

Great as always, will continue to use their services.

Says they are my attorneys through legalshield haven't spoke to them yet hopefully don't have to.
