Trust and transparency. Much of the legal process can be time consuming and confusing, and many times intimidating. Bill and Lisa both are phenomenal at explaining the process and content in a way we can understand it, which saves us time and money. Most importantly though, we trust them. We've never felt that they have breezed over a small detail we should know about, they've been completely honest even in cases where we may not want to hear it, present us all the options, and undoubtedly have us and our companies best interest in mind.
