Dyan led us to overcome a NOID on our I-129F application. And subsequently when the application was denied at the embassy, Dyan filed a motion to reconsider which successfully persuaded the embassy to rescind the denial.
What is great about working with Dyan is she is 1. One of the most experienced in what she does 2. A strong critical thinker who does not overlook details 3. A professional with strong integrity who will not tweak the facts and misrepresent chances for your business
I was wrongly accused by USCIS to have committed marriage fraud on my previous marriage in the past, which was the reason why they issued a NOID on my I-129F application. My Fiancée and I filed the I-129F by ourselves, we were very naive to think it would be an easy and smooth process. When we got an RFE, we hired a lawyer to prepare the response and she didn’t spend time understanding my history. And neither did she warn us about the significance of the situation. When we received the NOID, that’s when we were jolted into reality, suddenly realizing the grave consequences on our future, we decided to search for the best legal representative we can get.
We decided to contact Dyan after reading so many amazing reviews. After our first meeting with her, we decided to hire her right away based on the following 1. She immediately picks up all the critical details 2. She asked all the right questions that drew out the critical arguments of the case, I could already see a strong defense formulating during our call 3. She really cares about if you are innocent 4. She is confident and that coming from an experienced attorney was like a force pulling together our world again after the NOID shattered it
Due to Covid we had 3 months to respond and Dyan filed a strong response which led to an approval.
During the wait I wanted to travel to the States to see my Fiancée and Dyan diligently advised me the risk of being denied entry and if not for her I wouldn’t have prepared ahead. It turned out I did run into secondary inspection entering the States on a tourist visa and thanks to Dyan I had ample documents to convince the immigration.
When it was interview time (after the NOID was finally approved), Dyan gave us another consultation, prepared us for the interview and reminded us don’t go underprepared. Neither of us expected it to be difficult given that we have already successfully overcame the NOID.
Yet after the interview, my visa application was denied due to a misunderstanding. Worst yet, the consular gave me a 6ci denial which would lead to a life time ban to the States.
Dyan promptly responded to our frantic and desperate call for help. She was able to calm us down and advised the right course of action within a day. After careful review of our options we went with what Dyan recommended, a motion to reconsider. Looking back Dyan was able to make the right call because she understands the critical arguments of our case, She is confident in her legal arguments, She understands how the entire system functions and she had a back up plan, even if the motion to reconsider failed. One week after the embassy received the motion, they rescinded it the denial and approved my visa.
Throughout the entire journey, Dyan treated us with respect, gave us the best advice, made all the right decisions and most importantly she delivered for us. She is an experienced and extremely competent lawyer, who will tell it like it is and will not mince words or peddle false hopes just because she’s in the business. She cares about the truth and making the right arguments for your best interest. We’ve gotten advices from other expensive lawyers that would have definitely ended badly. Dyan advice the right thing even if it was the hard thing.
If you are reading this, consider yourself lucky, in an unlucky situation, to have found Dyan. It was one of the best decisions that we’ve made and now we can say it was all a small set back.

I am an Indian and went for visa stamping at Mexico consulate for H1B where my stamping was denied with 212(a)(6)(c)(i) bar which is a lifetime ban to enter US. After the bar I consulted 2-3 attorneys but did not get any positive response. Most of the lawyers in US are not aware that a life time bar can be reversed with correct documentation if you know that you not misrepresented anything .
My case was similar I was given 212(a)(6)(c)(i) due to some issue with my employer with whom I entered the country on H1 after that I did visa transfer to 2 more employers but still stamping was denied.
After doing my research on the best lawyer in US to work on 212(a)(6)(c)(i) I took consultation from Dyan after moving back to India and explained all the details on all my visa and stay in US and she suggested that we can prepare the proper documentation to get the bar removed . She was hopeful about my case which gave me hopes.
I hired Dyan to work on my case. Dyan primarily work on email communication only which initially I thought is not right but realized later that it was the proper way to do it . She will answer all your questions on email and will also give instructions and the timelines of progress which you can refer any time as its in email. She will ask you to prepare all the summary about your case regarding all visas and situation of denial.
In my case she prepared legal memorandum along with affidavit and many more support letters to submit to US consulate during visa interview . Documentation was very detailed and to the point which will give your history in US from first day to last day.
I took another visa appointment and went to consulate with the documentation to submit.
Dyan gave details on how to answer the question and how to request to submit the documentation to visa counselor officer.
I went for interview but to my disappointment the officer did not accepted any documentation and denied the visa again under 212(a)(6)(c)(i). Felt like months of effort is wasted but Dyan explained about the next step in which she asked me to save all the documentation in a google drive folder in proper format suggested by her.
Dyan then submitted the documentation to direct contact email address of consulate ,but at this step also we did not get any favourable response from consulate instead they advise us to contact legalnet .
Legalnet which is also called supervisory review was the last step left with us at this point I was not hopeful of any positive result but Dyan suggested to submit the request for supervisory review.
So I went ahead for submitting the documentation for supervisory review, Dyan then drafted the email to be sent for supervisory review . I read that response from legalnet can take months and is mostly negative.
After around 3 months Dyan received a response with message that case is resolved and to communicate with consulate for further steps.
At this time I contacted the consulate and sent the passport for stamping with visa stamped .
In short is Dyan is one of the best lawyer out there in US out of few who work on these complicated cases . She is very knowledgable and answer all your questions with available options .
I can’t Thank enough to Dyan for the excellent handling of my case .

There are many excellent reviews here and they are all absolutely true. Dyan quite literally helped me achieve something I thought was impossible. Before I found Dyan, I was told by every attorney that it would be impossible for me to ever return to the United States. If miracles existed, this is it. I found Dyan to be very strategic in her approach, supporting every decision with facts and evidence. This gave me confidence and brought the very best out of me and more. I cannot thank you enough. Every human needs to feel this level of happiness at least once in their life time.

I was given a 212a6ci bar because of the blacklisting of my employer when I went back to my native country to get my H1B stamping. I was unable to move on for seven months, during which time I contacted a large number of other attorneys, but to no avail. After some time had passed, I decided to contact Dyan in order to learn more about the many ways in which my issue may be resolved. She instructed me and assisted me in preparing a legal memorandum and affidavit. During my subsequent interview, I answered every question with self-assurance and prepared myself using the legal memorandum that Dyan had assisted me in preparing. 212 bar was successfully overturned, and I must say that this victory provided me with a significant sense of relief. When it comes to resolving 212 issues at US consulates, she is, without a doubt, one of the very best attorneys.

I haven’t written any review for anyone in my life yet, but I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dyan for her wonderful support throughout in overcoming 212(a)(6)(C)(i). I almost consulted around 10-15 lawyers and paid few thousands altogether to understand the situation and my next available options.
The U.S. Embassy found me inadmissible, in error, under 212(a)(6)(C)(i). and I was seeking for a genuine attorney who can help me with overcoming my inadmissibility. After having an initial consolation with Dyan for 45 mins, she heard the story and advised me to go for both Option-A to file a motion to US Embassy to reconsider & vacate I-212 bar which embassy made in error & as a backup Option-B as an alternative to file a 212(d)(3) waiver. Throughout our journey with Dyan, she was available and patient enough to answer out concerns via email.
She guided us in preparing our affidavits and gathering documents to support the motion to reconsider. The legal memorandum was very robust with covering all aspects of inadmissibility. Due to the Covid pandemic it took a while for the embassy to vacate the admissibility and they granted my visa.
Dyan has provided me something which I never thought that it was practically possible as I had made an extensive research and asked few senior lawyers about the possibility in my case. My consultation with her was a life changing advice that I received from a future standpoint.
Thank you all so much for your guidance, time, effort and help, I truly appreciate it. I recommend the Dyan Williams law Firm for anyone who needs assistance in any area of immigration.

Dyan saved and changed my life. I was going through a very rough time in my life, having forced to leave a abusive relationship putting my conditional GC in jeopardy. Living in TX myself, I reach out to Dyan even though she is in MN, knowing from my research of testimonials that she was one of, if not the best in the industry to help save me from my problem.
She was definitely knowledgeable and really good at what she does, and was key for me getting through this difficult phase in my life. I am now granted the 10 year permanent GC and would recommend her to anyone going through immigration, given her expertise & thoroughness.

I’m absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to share my experience working with Dyan on my 212(d)(3) waiver case and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of intricate immigration issues or any other immigration-related matters. My husband and I came across her website during our extensive online research after an unexpected immigration curveball that left us in an utterly confused and anxious state. Hiring her was possibly the best decision we could have ever made. From the very beginning, it was evident that Dyan possesses an incredible wealth of knowledge and experience in immigration law, especially complex cases. Her dedication, professionalism, and compassion throughout the process truly set her apart as a top-notch immigration attorney. Navigating the intricacies of a 212(d)(3) waiver case can be a daunting task, and it requires the expertise of a seasoned legal professional. Dyan immediately put my mind at ease by demonstrating a deep understanding of the complexities of the case. She meticulously evaluated every aspect of my situation and provided a comprehensive, tailored strategy, roadmap and guidance on how to best prepare my affidavit and supporting documents that not only gave me confidence and reassurance, but led to the speedy approval of my case.
Throughout the entire process, Dyan was incredibly attentive and responsive, making it a priority to keep me well informed and involved. Her exceptional communication skills ensured that I never felt left in the dark or uncertain about any aspect of my case. In addition to her legal prowess, Dyan exhibited an unwavering commitment to ensuring my application was as strong as possible in a timely manner. When it comes to preparing the pivotal legal briefs and discussions, she treasured my voice and storytelling and masterfully combined legal discussion with my personal touch. I still remember how convinced and impressed I was after reading the legal memo draft along with our affidavits that were meticulously prepared and revised by Dyan for the first time.
Her empathetic and going-above-and-beyond approach also demonstrated a genuine concern for my well-being and a commitment to securing the best possible outcome for me. During the preparation process, it’s worth noting that Dyan was dealing with some extremely difficult and devastating family news, and yet she constantly kept my timeline (and all of her clients’ needs) in her mind and made exceptional progress throughout, which ultimately led to my waiver being approved successfully and smoothly within a few weeks and me reuniting with my loving husband in the US after a year of living apart.
The successful result of my 212(d)(3) waiver is undoubtedly a testament to Dyan s relentless advocacy and exceptional legal expertise. I strongly and wholeheartedly recommend Dyan to anyone with immigration needs. Her unwavering dedication, vast knowledge, and compassionate approach make her an invaluable asset to anyone navigating the complex realm of immigration law. With Dyan by your side, you can trust that you are in the most capable and skilled hands.

I was barred from entering the United States for ten years due to an unlawful presence which arose due to the Covid Pandemic which made crossing back into Canada a challenge . I did some basic research on the issue and interviewed about ten different lawyers who all specialized in US Immigration Law. Dyan was the only lawyer I talked to who even understood the waiver process as it applied to my situation. Dyan is extremely detail oriented and compassionate. She guided me through the complex process steered me to a succesful outcome. My partner and I are very grateful to Dyan for her expert advice and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation - good luck!

I contacted and hired Dyan Williams in Nov 2019 to overcome delays from administrative processing 221(g) of my H1B visa renewal at the U.S. Consulate in Chennai, India. The administrative processing was related to a dismissed criminal case arising from a false police report filed by an ex-girlfriend. The indefinite delay and uncertainty really took a toll on my mental state since everything that I had worked tirelessly were in jeopardy. Dyan provided me with the right consultation, reviewed all the documents, and submitted a legal analysis demonstrating that there were no grounds for crime-related inadmissibility and continued administrative processing was unnecessary. She was very efficient and had a thorough understanding of the immigration system. Her legal expertise and professionalism were the keys to the success of my case. Within 2.5 weeks, the consulate completed the administrative processing and issued the H1B visa! She always responded promptly and answered all questions. I am very happy to recommend Dyan Williams Law for any immigration needs.

Hiring Dyan was one of the best decisions of my life. My husband found her YT channel, when we were looking for information about misrepresentation charges, what I was dealing with. We consulted one lawyer before finding Dyan, and we were told we didn’t have a lot of chances to get the bar removed or to get the waiver accepted. But everything changed, when we started to work with Dyan. Thanks to her thorough knowledge and expertise I got my Motion accepted at my interview, and the Misrepresentation Bar removed, so I could obtain my immigrant visa. I strongly recommend her to everybody who is facing similar immigration issues.
