It was always a pleasure to call the office. The secretary was always so polite and courteous. We talked with Matthew on numerous occasions about our issue. He would always have the information needed, or if not, he would consult with one of the other members of their team with more experience in that field. I have been fortunate (or unfortunate 🥴) to have met many attorney over the past 45 years, but Kristin Kingsbury stands out! First, she is funny - and I will tell you that when you are in a legal situation this is VERY helpful! But don't let her sense of humor fool you; she is serious about her work and very good at what she does! Kristin is honest, knowledgeable, and works hard to benefit her client.

Updated to five stars! Fortunately, Chris returned my call and due to simple human error, paperwork was shuffled resulting in a delay in assistance. We were able to connect today, and I am BEYOND thankful we were able to connect and discuss the matter I phoned in about. Chris was apologetic, kind, and BEYOND helpful! Very down to earth and knowledgeable. I felt heard and supported during the consultation!

I contacted this firm to obtain legal counsel thru Legal Shield, which is a paid program I subscribe to thru my employer. After hours of phone conversations and Kathleen sending my basic family law case to 9 attorney's in her office (according to her), she said nobody is interested in taking on my case. My response was, "it's typically for family law attorney's to cherry pick their cases; what a bunch of scumbags." She then sent my response to several attorney's in her office with a smiley face emoticon, apparently not realizing that she copied me on that email because she attempted to recall that email, but it was too late. I had already received it. I was then served by the "supervising attorney" Jessica with a very lengthy email to my work address and a letter via USPS to my home address, stating they are not willing to work with me due to some conflict of interest and blaming me for insisting they provide the service I pay for thru my employer. This entire office is the epitome of a money-digging firm that spends more time formulating emails and letters to decline prospective clients than actually helping people and doing the job and providing the services that organizations subscribe to. Sure, it's only a few bucks a month legal insurance for an individual, but multiply that by the hundreds of thousands of subscribers - wow, that's a LOT of monthly residual income this firm receives, and the only output they can produce is fighting to refuse service to their clients. BEWARE!!!
