I cannot address how valuable the service is. John is not just knowledgeable regarding legal matter but he also grasps and accesses the situation quickly. I like his approaches. I have talked to others before he was specifically assigned to my case. By far, he's the best.

Baillon Thome advised me in a free consultation, two of these actually, the latest with Michelle Gibbons, that I likely did not have a case, however they were very friendly and personable. They did take their time, and discuss the matter with me, and I felt like they really did understand the issue and were able to explain to me why it wasn't a strong enough case to pursue. They did not even ask for billing information, they just had a friendly conversation with me. It took a little while for them to call back, so if you submit a request online, just be willing to wait 2-3 days or so before you hear anything.

I had a great experience with the law firm. My attorney empathized with my situation and told me what to expect when I met with the hearing officer. I was able to get my ticket dismissed. I recommend them highly!

I have been a member of Legal Shield for years. I have not had to consult with an attorney too often, but each time that I have, the results have been phenomenal. Although the service is a great value, The thing that stands out the most is how I’m able to hear back from an attorney in a relatively short time. For example once I was stopped by a policeman for a traffic citation I called the law firm and I Need it in attorney right away and to my delight I was on the phone with an attorney within two minutes. I had the feeling of empowerment to deal with my stressful situation as a African American dealing with the deadly police. I Would recommend Legal Shield to everyone that I run into thanks Wagner, Falconer and Judd.

I have utilized WF&J several times, from getting my Will, etc done, to help getting my business contracts set up, asking them about my rights during Covid (they were very proactive and had a hotline set up during the onset of Covid and beyond), and am currently having them help me with an issue with a major cell phone carrier.
