I guess that sas the same dvd the doctor told me to take hame , after a failed trail with the pain pump ( I had a spinal headache for 3 days , thank god for a blood patch ) I should have never had the first pump implant.A year and a half hater the motor stalled , then a second pump was installed, now I am on my 3rd pump , thank you for getting some compensation years later , I never was involved in any type of lawsuit before , Nicole made it very easy on my end , and made me understand that the legal action will make Medtronic build better devices for others in the future . I can’t thank Nichol Kreklau enough .

i have all the faith in the world in my attorneys and they will win my case against medtronic because they care about me and what medtronic has done to me with the sycromed 2,thank you all for not giving up on us all who have been through so much pain and suffering all these years all because medtronic wasnt honest with me, theres really no amount of money that could let me walk and live a life i had before medtronics used car salesman dr. fooled me with a dvd,god bless us all and i pray for justice and justice is a scary thing now a days

I had never had an interaction with a lawyer before and had no idea where to begin even finding one for my personal injury claim I wanted to make against a major corporation. I had an excellent experience working with Mr. Storms. He consistently kept me informed as the case progressed and was always willing to explain things to me in non-legalese. For the duration of the case, he was always realistic in setting expectations around what the potential outcomes were. In the end, we were successful in reaching a settlement that was more than satisfactory to me. On a personal level, Mr. Storms is very friendly, personable and easy to work with. I would absolutely reach out to him again if I had a similar need in the future.

This is my first and hopefully last time I will ever need a lawyer and I am so thankful I was referred to Mr. Storms. The fist lawyer that I went to stated that since it is a government entity that was at fault there were too many moving parts and immunity issues for him but stated that he knew of a law firm that has experience in these types of law suits. I met with Jeff and he took on my case knowing of the pitfalls surrounding it and fought with tenacity on my behalf. In the end because of Jeff's incredibly hard work he had done on my behlaf my case was able to be settled for well then what I had expected.
