Best experience I've had with an attorney. He worked with me for a payment plan and he had knowledge most attorney's do not have. Friendly and super knowledgeable. Because of him I'm able to get back to my life with out fear. I would highly recommend him in the future to anyone facing the worst.

It was my first time ever facing any legal issues and I had no idea what was going to happen. Rodd was amazing at getting my charges reduced or dropped! He made this process a lot less anxiety inducing.

I unfortunately got into a DWI situation and I originally hired another lawyer that basically told me to plea guilty and move on. I looked for a second opinion and was recommended Rod. The moment I spoke to him he started to look for a defense and a way to make the DWI go away. He very patient and knows what he’s doing I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone that is in this situation. When it was all said and done I walked away with a careless driving charge more than happy with the outcome.

Rodd Tschida is the best. A friend of mine mentioned him to me, always telling me he's the best. Saying "when Rodd walks into a courtroom, he is always highly respected." I was on my way to meet with another lawyer I found on Google, hoping I made the right decision. I had court at 1:30pm that day. I called Rodd around 12:30pm and explained my case. He dropped everything he was doing to meet me at his office to represent me on my case. He is extremely knowledgeable. He always explained what he was thinking, very helpful! The charges that I was facing were thrown out by the judge. Rodd is the best. I highly recommend him!

Rodd explained the criminal and civil legal processes very thoroughly and clearly. He was able to get the best possible outcome for my situation. Rodd is extremely knowledgeable. I would have liked a bit more frequent communication, even if just to let me know there was no cause for concern over the length of time certain steps were taking. A pro-active outreach to close out my case also would have been nice.
