I recently spoke to Mr. Berman per an issue regarding rentals within our condominium units. He discussed the issue with me over the phone, stating his opinion and best options for moving forward per the rental agreements. I greatly appreciated his advice, without having a face-to-face meeting with him. Our association readily followed his advice, which was "spot-on" for our association. Mr. Berman is very much people oriented, wanting to help individuals. I very strongly endorse Mr. Berman as a real estate lawyer you can very readily trust, and who will help you.

Evan was amazing to work with. He met with me personally in an atmosphere that made me feel relaxed and comfortable. He pays such fine attention to detail and doesn't make it about money. I recently had a contract dispute with a local contractor. After months of no movement on the part of the contractor, I engaged Evan to help resolve this. After collecting pertinent facts he was able to explain to the contractor my desire to cancel the contract, and justify to them why they should cancel all obligations and refund my deposit. The contractor complied and this, which was the optimal solution. Thank You Evan.
