Unclear or misleading about the scope of services offered
“Initially assessed and sent to intake, waited a substantial amount of time only to be hung up by the intake reception saying if I wasn't being evicted they couldn't help and the only cases they represent is evictions. Very misleading when they say they offer legal aid of all sorts and really don't.”

Slow or unresponsive in handling client cases
“I called this place and applied for legal services over a week and a half ago to get help with an ongoing custody battle. After submitting all my paperwork and waiting to hear back from an attorney I was called Friday afternoon and advised my case was only accepted for advice. My court date is Tuesday!! This was very unacceptable, frustrating and disheartening.”

Selective in choosing which cases to take on
“I than was advised by a receptionist that they do not serve the people first come first served but that instead they pick and choose who they are going to help with actual representation!! What a waste of my time and energy...this place should not exist if its not going to offer anything but advice and the process needs to be re-executed!!”
