He is awesome!! Did such an amazing job. Handled the case professionally, and in a timely matter. I would always recommend him hands down.

Dan has represented me for 2 DUI cases. I couldn't thank him enough for helping me through everything. He was great at communicating to me exactly what was going on and what we were looking at in terms of consequences. He saved me from doing any jail time and got me off with just an ankle monitor. Honestly, I could not be any happier with my results and wouldn't have been able to do any of this without him. I would recommend him to anyone needing an attorney.

If you are dealing with DUI, marijuana, and other small time petty stuff, he could be ok. His caseload may be less now that he is out of bankruptcy. I hired him for criminal defense and every meeting we had, his phone would ring and he would take client calls while we're discussing my case. This made it hard to concentrate regarding the case and discuss discovery. He made several significant errors during the process. In the end, I fired him and retained another attorney. I was not able to get my money back, but the Lawyers Professional Responsibility for the state of MN did censure Mr. Mohs for breaking attorney client privilege.

Dan did a great job representing me in my criminal defense case. He was essentially able to get both charges dropped even after I had previously incriminated myself. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome in my case. I was very glad to have him on my side, well done Danny boy!!

I hired Dan for a very serious case. Conspiracy to fourth degree sales of marijuana in a park. He was dealing with pipestone county and it seemed at first pipestone did not want to budge about a plea bargain they wanted to make me a felon and throw me in jail for 90 days. He played hardball the entire way through the case and reminded them of me not having a criminal past and pointed out a lot of major facts is to why I deserved the benefit of the doubt. We took the case all the way to pretrial and he got me the stay and had my record sealed so I serve probation and am able to expunge everything off of my record when it’s all set and done and miraculously got out without serving one day of jail time. Might I also add he is very well educated and organized. This guy never gave up on my case I recommend his representation to anyone in need of an attorney.

I was being charge with 5 th degree assault to a police officer.. but because of Daniel Mohs I was just charged with misconduct..

Dan was successful in having my dwi conviction reversed in the appellant court. As a result all charges are dropped. For me that means Everything is wiped off my record, no more probation, I get my vehicle back that was confiscated sitting in impound to be auctioned, and my drivers license reinstated with no restrictions of reinstatement fees. Here's a man who did his homework, did what he said he was going to do, and hit a home run. Thanks Dan.

Mr. Mohs was hired for criminal defense. He took our retainer money, never filed for representation as he said he would, provided no meaningful communication (we would not receive communication on questions or status of his representation for over a week at a time and he would proceed to tell us his schedule was very busy) as we tried to determine what he was working on with the case. Information we received from him concerning case was inaccurate after we did some follow up. After only a few weeks, with no movement in Mr. Mohs representation, we asked for the retainer money to be returned and now we have not received any communication from him. Mr. Mohs took our families hard earned retirement money, provided no legal representation as stated. Beware of his promises.
