Michael was available when I had questions. If he missed a call or text from me, he was always prompt in his responses. He is no nonsense and cuts to the chase. He was upfront and honest about his expectations for my case, which I appreciated. He was direct and followed through. He let me know what my responsibilities were and he and his team handled the rest. The whole process was seamless. I'm grateful to have worked with such a competent team, following my car accident.

Michael Fay has been so responsive and easy to work with! I really lucked out when I found him on a Google search. I was bit by a dog while walking and it was totally unprovoked - the dog bit me in the calf. Michael has done all the work on the case and if we win a settlement he will be compensated a reasonable fee from that.big we lose, I owe nothing. I highly recommend him!
