I am so pleased and satisfied with Margaret and her whole teams, in helping me out thru my bankruptcy process. They are very professional and never make me feel embarrassed or feel guilty. I highly recommend Kain & Scott for any one who is looking for help to get thru their bankruptcy.

I was so worried for months about my bills. I went to one of "the big law firms advertised on tv. They seemed capable, but cold. Then I found Kain & Scott on the internet. Stephanie V Buerger was so kind on the phone, and assured me I would like my attorney Margaret R Henehan. I meant Margaret and immediately felt comfortable. I hired her on the spot. That was about a week and a half ago, and my case is filed and will be over in less then a month. So grateful to Margaret and Stephanie , and Kain & Scott.

I want to say thank you to the whole Kain & Scott team. I hesitated for quite some time to file a bankruptcy. I didn't want to face defeat I didn't want to give in. I scheduled an appointment to discuss my options and spoke with Margaret who Instantly made me feel welcome and made the experience a pleasurable one to be honest. Through the process both her and Liz were both professional and welcoming. They were always quick to respond to any of my emails with a question or concern. This is something I should have done a year sooner than I did I would have saved some money and a few gray hairs. I needed to file bankruptcy due to a con by a woman in Calicornia. I was refered to Kain & Scott through my sister. She was right on!!! I met Mr. Scott on a Saturday as work I could not get off during the week. Mr. Scott made me feel comfortable, did not judge me or shame me. I signed all the paper work, and was on my way. I met one of their associates in Minneapolis on my court date and was totally satified how he made me feel. He was very confident and all went well. I set up a payment plan and dealt with Stephanie twice a month over the phone to pay my Attorneys fee's. She was totally Awesome and ALWAYS a joy to talk with. If I had a problem or anything that was not added, Stephanie always took charge and got it done. I Love Her for ALWAYS being there, laughing, and making me feel it was all okay!!! ALWAYS!!
