Occasional communication issues or delays in response
“Hasn't represented me to the best of his abilities, the only thing he's done is try to get me to plead guilty to lesser charges when I'm not guilty of any charges in the first place. Won't return my phone calls and changes court dates without informing me.”

Challenges in achieving ideal outcome in some cases
“My end outcome was spectacular and was a much better than I anticipated until a late surprising suspension. I chose to concede my Class A CDL to avoid suspension, but ended up being suspended anyway. With less than 3 weeks to deadline I was told by Mr London that he would attempt to resolve. He did nothing and didn't tell me for 10 days. The way Mr London handled my case forced me into suspension and no CDL.”
