I contacted Kelly late last year about clearing up an issue that has sat on my record for 20+ years. I reviewed the process one would undergo to do this on their own and to say it was confusing would be an understatement. The virtual court appearance was a bit of a non-event as Kelly had laid out all the points to the DA who contacted her prior to the court appearance to state they had no objections.
