I applied for disability on my own with no luck. With the help of these fine people I have just been approved, which is a relief, I’m not good with these types of things. They were there to answer every question I had almost immediately and keep me updated on every step and things I would forget. I don’t want anyone to have to go through disability but if you do I hope you’re lucky enough to have people like Livgard and Lloyd working for them.

After a couple denials from SSI, I called a couple firms which told me I had no claim, or that it wasnt worth trying. Saw the commercial on tv and called. Took my case and even thou I know it may not be a winner, they did all the work to make it happen -- communicated with me and answered my questions, and even thou everything was done by phone during this covid crisis, Stephanie handled my appeal hearing like a champ. Had a decision in two weeks and my claim processed a week after that. Best decision I made was calling them. You should too!

I've been trying to get on SSI for about 2 years. The original firm that represented me, was a nightmare. When I called Livgard & Lloyd it was a
totally different experience. Paul is amazing ! Everyone I talked to on the phone (at their office) was there and knowledgeable of my case. They always knew who I was and remembered my case rite a way , they didnt have to look up my case first or anything. This helped me feel secure. They are professional and wow, totally on top of everything. My case moved surprisingly fast and even after my disability case was approved, they were still there for me. Everyone works very well together here, on the same page, and I was always able to speak to someone rite away. I never had to leave a message and wait for a call back. I have nothing negative, no cons , only positive things to say about Livgard & Lloyd.

They Said I had a Great Chance of Getting SSI Disability and as Soon as the Administrative Judge Ruled Against Me. They Dropped Me and Not Only that They sent my Appeals Paper to Me Not in time to Refile. They Only want Cases they Can win with as little Effort as Possible . They are Worse than Ambulance Chasers !

They took my case and they made me feel like I was going to win because I had the social Security Disability examiner on my side as well.
Then when I lost the initial case they failed to properly prepare for my appeal and basically told me to get legal advice elsewhere !
