I was served papers a few months ago on an old credif card that went to collections. I found Randall online in a quick search online and sent a request for a quote. He got back to me immediately. He handled everything quickly and made sure I understood everything surrounding the case. The experience was 100% stress free knowing I had him in my corner. He even worked during his vacation! I am extremely pleased with the outcome and quick responses. I hope to never have to hire Randall again, but would not hesitate to if needed. I will be recommending him to anyone that needs a consumer debt lawyer.

The day my doorbell rang and I was being served papers stating I was being sued by a law firm representing and old school loan I had forgotten. I thought there was no way this was going to end good, I was a nervous wreck! Being recommended to Randall was the best recommendation! From the day I met him he was very understanding not judgmental on the situation, he was very personable and friendly and even though I had no idea how this would turn out he put me at ease. This at times was a very emotional scary process, but every time I felt this way he went out of his way to call me and make me feel at ease. He took every step possible to make sure everything about my case was legit as in our day in age there are alot of scams out there. We settled this before it went any further than being served those papers, no court and no judgement. And hopefully I never have to go through this again, but if I did he would be my number 1 pick.

When the largest bank and privet school loan financial institution doubled my payments from $200 to over $450 per month...I was in a world of hurt! I was targeted by a large financial company that I had never heard of. They claimed I had open an account with them over 8 years ago and owed over $17,000.00 in debt to them. I was so intimidated by the representative of the firm for the company. She had me thinking maybe some how I had done this and I had no way to prove I didn't so I would have to pay.
