Pritzker Hageman was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything from start to finish in a way we could understand and they were always very responsive. In a world with COVID were many things have been delayed or slowed down, they were able to settle our case in a very timely manner. We always felt like we were their top priority. I highly, highly recommend this firm. My case was not ideal, but they took it on, fought for me, and were successful. My attorney, Ray Trueblood-Konz, was truly exceptional. He stayed focused on goals and was always thinking five steps ahead. He was more than equal to the challenge of unexpected roadblocks. His communication is proactive and excellent, and he will never ever talk down to you. He speaks plain English, not just flourishy legalese. He will make sure you always understand options, decisions, etc. He is perseverant, not losing track of details during unforseen delays. Those are just a few of the many reasons I'm making this recommendation. This law firm is lazy. So if you have a case that may take some effort do not contact this firm. Trying to save people from wasting an hour talking to them. The only reason for 2 stars and not one was because at least they admitted that they didn't want to do that much work. I'm guessing their firm is ambulance chasers that take on too many clients which leads to them denying any case that requires a slight effort.
