Joe sees through all the drama and irrelevant details and latches on to what matters. That's hard to do when you're in the middle of an emotional conflict. He also seems to always win. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and I encourage you to, if for no other reason than, to make sure he doesn't represent your opponent!
