It was difficult to find an attorney for our friend, who was hospitalized at the time. We meet with Dave Burns, had a thorough interview. He meet at the hospital with our friend. We think that this preparation was critical to the great outcome we had. An absolutely terrific result.

Dave took over my case from another lawyer who wasn't doing such a great job. This put him at a disadvantage with missed legal deadlines and having to play 'catch up'. Despite this, he managed to help me have a much better outcome than I might have. He kept me in full and timely communication throughout, and he had previous experience and expertise in the area I needed. He helped me see that mediation was the best way to go for my case cost/verdict wise and was very supportive of my situation. Highly recommend him.

I ran into legal issues regarding wills, power of attorney and executors and was referred to Dave Burns. Dave gave me peace of mind from our first conversation. He was able to write simple documents that protected me from any legal liability. I am very grateful to Dave for his work! My first call for any legal help is definitely Dave Burns! 5 stars!

We have dealt with Dave a couple times over the years regarding help with Advanced Directives and a will, and advice about guardianship. He is helpful, punctual, and thorough. We appreciate all of this since we knew nothing about any of these things. We have peace of mind now that our legal necessities are taken care of and that he is available for any questions. He really has been helpful

We hired Mr. Burns to represent us in a Elder Abuse/Financial Exploitation trial. We found him to be prompt, professional, educational and understanding while following through in a timely manner. At one point, to get the work done, we were still communicating with him by phone until after 3:00 in the morning. I highly recommend Mr. Burns. He will go the extra mile when needed. Hi takes his committments seriously.

My husband and I went to Dave Burns to have our health care directive, wills, and estate documents drawn up and formalized. I can't say enough about him, his professionalism,and knowledge of the matters at hand. Very reasonable rates, would recommend to anyone seeking these services.

He came recommended, what a mistake. I had to repeat my case to him multiple times, even after having the info sent to him in an email. He did not relay pertinent info to the opposing lawyer. He was not responsive to communication, sent me other clients personal info, and was a bad choice for a lawyer.

I encourage you to seek a lawyer who is astute, rigorous, objective, and highly competent. I was not happy with my experience with Mr Burns and strongly recommend you to find someone who is thorough, ardent, and very engaged. It may make a difference in the outcome of what you want to achieve. It's your money and your choice, I respect Mr Burns but do not recommend him.
