Original Review: Mrs. Zajac did a terrible job representing me. She didn't even know the home equity calculation formula the courts used changed over 1.5 years ago. Zajac Reply: "Professional rules prevent me from responding. If you sign a full confidentiality waiver, I could respond publicly with the truth and unambiguous documentation." My Reply/Edit: Mrs. Zajac, if you feel otherwise, then why wouldn't you simply reach out directly to me conerning this review so I could change/delete it? There are so many red flags here....

Kristine zajac had been referred to my son to handle his divorce She did not get papers served on time instead my son was served on Father’s Day by his wife His ex wife hired a young attorney in Minnetonka who got ahead of Kristine within a week Kristine had over a month and $4,000 to draft summons petition and serve my daughter-in-law She never got the job done My son ended up firing her after months of his paying attorney fees And has hired a new attorney My son ended up losing custody of his girls who adore him Another person if you look below a review Below a one star who referred to her in another review he would have been better represented by a zoo animal He is right I love my son and granddaughters more than myself But she failed us miserably If she wants to write a response Go right ahead Kristine I know the truth I’ve been in law my entire life I know a good attorney versus a bad one You failed my son myself and my granddaughters You want to say things about me go ahead I’m tired of attorneys who can’t get the job done

She is the best, she was with me through my case all the time, in every moment I can count with her and she was very professional and friendly, I highly recommend her, from 1 to 10 she is definitely a 10. If you require her services you won't be disappointed because as I said: "SHE IS THE BEST."

I ended up calling Kristine "Ms. No." Every time I called it went to voicemail. She insisted to do business via texting. When setting appointments, she never actually kept them, stating I didn't confirm. I suggest everyone stay away from engaging with her for your important family legal matters. Incompetent, unresponsive, unprofessional. Also, take a look at the 5 star reviews. Almost all of them appear to be fake, from accounts that have only made a single review just for Kristine? Not likely, in my opinion. It would only make sense that Kristine would respond to a review, but not messages. Watch, I'll bet my house she will respond with negativity to save face.
