Mr. Martine was extremely patient, kind, understanding, helpful, responsive, communicative & professional! He helped me with a situation I’d never been in before & took care of it quickly, efficiently & all the while kept in contact with me (which I find extremely important & helpful, especially when you’re in a stressful uncertain situation). I was a bit of a basket case lol, but he never treated me or acted as if I was & never treated me or spoke to me in a condescending manner (which I imagine might have been easily tempting at times) & he managed to remain/maintain a calm, patient & understanding approach about everything (including me!).
