I became involved in a legal issue due to initial misunderstanding by law-enforcement officers, which quickly morphed into political correctness type of entrapment. Now, I would never go to a court of law without a lawyer or legal advice, just like I would not go to a temple to perform a complex religious ritual on my own, but would hire an experienced priest. While looking for a lawyer, I came across John Conard. I set up an initial meeting with him, and he immediately came across as an honest, professional and knowledgeable lawyer. I hired him on the spot, even though I was concerned about his somewhat higher legal fees. John did his legal due-diligence, and found that the evidence, or lack thereof, were not enough for this case to proceed. The case was dismissed even before we got a chance to enter a not-guilty plea. I would highly recommend John for legal advice and representation.

I had one, then two then three felony cases. The cops tried some dirty stuff too! John was always there and worked to get the cases thrown out. In the end two of the three were dismissed and I didn’t spend a single additional day in jail.

Before I got my DWI, I really didn't know what to expect. After visiting with John I felt so much better about my situation and had alot more knowledge of what to expect. He was always there when I needed him to answer more questions that I had. I would recommend him to anyone else that needs a lawyer for anything!!!

My husband was sentenced to 5yrs probation in march 2007,3mo into term he asked for transfer to the state were his family relocated to,transfer went thru brian(husband) started going to new pro-officer 4 days after arriving bk w/ family.In Aug 2008 brian received a DWI he went to PO and to court was sentenced to a fine and eval which than entailed 20 classes which he completed.Long story short the 4th of May brian went to PO for monthly ck in just like he had for other 4yrs of Probation he was taken into custody by 2 sheriffs and taken to local jail to be held for an exdridite warrent from original state on chg's of probation violation steaming bk to 2008.Brian sat in cty jail for 8 days at which time he was p/u and transported.John Conard was contacted the very next morning,at which point i left a message Mr Conard called me bk within 30 minutes got some started looking into the matter,he continued to do that for the next 5 days that Brian was in transport.Upon arrival Mr Conard took the time to stop and talk to Brian directly,remember at this point Mr Conard hasnt even been hired.After looking into what was being done to Brian and all the circumstances involved Mr Conard just knew the situation wasnt good.Brians past PO wanted Brian to finish his original sentence with prison time after which Brian would have had to stay in that state for an additional 4 months of parole.Mr Conard in less than a week worked his tail off gathering information from agents,boss and agencies involved.Because of all the hard-work,dedication,excellent leval of knowledge and care for people/rights he was prepared the day of court,Brian was given a 60 day sentence minus time served in custody already-will be released from jail 20 days.At which point he will be able to return to his wife and 3 sons,his job that he acually enjoys going to everyday, and all the responsibilty being the man of the home involves. Things that give real men the ability to have pride in themselves.Mr Conard (John) i thank you with all my heart for everything you did all the hard-work you put forth,for helping us get our life back GOD BLESS
