F.T. Sessoms is an excellent MN criminal defense and DWI attorney. He's helped me get out of trouble several times. He's an excellent lawyer who truly cares about his clients. His encyclopedic knowledge of the law and passion for his clients sets him above anyone else. I highly recommend him.

I was charged with a DWI but Mr. Sessoms got the license revocation rescinded and that was particularly important to me as I am a truck driver with a commercial drivers license. Mr. Sessoms did a great job for me and I know he will do a great job for you!!

I was recently convicted of a “Forfeiture-Eligible” DWI offense. Fortunately, Mr. Sessoms got my $21,000 fully-paid-for car back for me. I was not an innocent owner and I fully expected to forever lose my vehicle to the State. But Mr. Sessoms came up with a new argument challenging the constitutionality of the DWI Forfeiture Statute. And one week prior to the forfeiture hearing, the city attorney decided to give up and return the vehicle to me (I just had to pay for the towing and some minimal storage costs). I could not be happier!! Mr. Sessoms did an amazing job for me and I know he will do a great job for you!!!

Honest and respectful and if he don't have the answer to your question he'll go find it. Being an attorney they're always busy but Steven will respond quickly most times. He's not one of those pushy attorneys that just wants your money. Explains everything thoroughly and if you don't understand something he'll explain it. He's patient and understanding of your situation and he cares about how you're feeling about your case, you're not just another client to him. Excellent DWI Lawyer in Minneapolis!

Can't even begin to describe how grateful I am to F.T. for all he did to help me with my DUI case! It was my second offense within 7 years and I was so stressed about what was going to happen to me. Not only navigating through the process, court dates, fees, probation, etc., but I was in danger of losing my job due to the inability to travel internationally, which is required within my field. F.T. went above and beyond to help me, and although I am still on unsupervised probation, I am able to travel without issue. If it weren't for him, I don't know where I would be or how I would support my family. When I had the option of choosing a cheap attorney, or spending a little extra for the added qualifications of a more experienced attorney, I decided not to mess with my fate and go with the latter. I couldn't be happier that I did and I would recommend others to him without question.
