After careful research my wife and I went with Fossey Law instead of pursuing the process on our own...So glad we did! Dealing with the dealership was becoming a lost cause and a dead end. I was so heartbroken dealing with a dealership who did not care. I was spending detectable after another I felt hopeless. I called the Fossey firm thinking it was nothing they could help with. I now am getting rid of my junker :)thanks to Fossey law!

Dustin Fossey and Jason Alderman are fantastic. They worked extremely hard to get Nissan to take back my Armada. They give you the information that you need, not what you want to hear. It is a process but they keep you informed. I hope I never have a lemon again. But if I do I'm coming back to them! Thanks again Dustin and Jason

We had a complicated case with our 2015 Jeep Cherokee transmission where the dealer service records were not showing the issue as a drivability problem, the Fossey Law Firm helped sort out all the details and were able to reach a very fair settlement for us. Very impressed with their service, without their hard work and due diligence, we would have just been out the money.
