My vehicle has had a mysterious start issue causing huge inconvenience and resulting expense (my time as a salesperson) which was documented with my dealership. Their hands were tied as they did everything possible to rectify the problem. I am on my 3rd battery and the vehicle has only 13,000 miles on it. I won't get into the details, but today's vehicles have a lot of power draining technology (even when not operating) complicating the issue. Jason and Dustin decided to take the case on and my settlement was quite satisfactory, and there were no legal fees to absorb. If you have a legitimate Lemon Law case, they are the go to pros to handle it.
