I hired Adam to do a simple will, health directive and power of attorney. He failed on all 3. 2 lessons learned: 1) Get someone who is an estate attorney 2) Never pay everything up front (My bad). After 6 months Adam was still unable to put the documents together. He avoided calls, made excuses and didn’t follow through on what he said he would do (calls, work, etc.). He charged me 3 times what an estate attorney quoted me (recently). I found Adam to be inconsistent, incompetent and not knowledgeable of estate law.

Thank you Adam for taking on my case. It was a very sensitive case for me due to the fact it involved a traumatic dog attack on my dog and myself you and Laurie Hogen were always so kind, sensitive and respectful of my situation. The outcome after all was said and done was very satisfying, you really worked hard in getting a very great result for me and I am very grateful!

I went with Adam based on the fact he trusts his gut and instinct other attorneys I had consulted with prior to hiring him could give a damn about my case when I contacted Adam he knew exactly what to do

Adam was a knowledgeable and strong advocate for my case/situation. He was timely with his response to my questions, and was able to achieve the exact results he promised and I was looking for. He artfully broke down my previous lawyers incorrect positions, and showed me how we would be positioning ourselves for a favorable outcome. Although my case was not particularly difficult, or contested, it sill required creative and skillful legal representation to achieve the outcome(s) I desired. Their firm did very little for me. They hardly looked into my background info and had no case when we got to court. I had to fight him, my own lawyer, to help me instead of taking whatever the opposing counsel presented. It was a joke and now I'm paying someone else to clean up the mess. It should have been a standard child support hearing, but a lack of experience proved to be fatal to my case. The $3000 I spent on just one hearing and court filings would have been better off paid towards my arrears.

Adam helped has given me the best help with regards to dealing with some family issues. He is very understanding and his knowledge of law and the court system is second to none.
