It’s never easy to come to a tough spot in life where you need to file for bankruptcy, but it is your right to do so. After completing a five-year chapter 13 plan successfully, looking back, the law firm that I partnered with was absolutely my 2nd most important decision. Michael Bolinske is a caring and compassionate attorney. He truly understands that when people are in a situation like this they are stressed, sad, and even depressed. He handled our bankruptcy and that was over 7 years ago, but we needed him again this year because some liens snuck their way onto our property and we were looking into refinancing. When you are in a legal situation and you have questions, this is your life, your wellbeing, and you need answers not judgement and hangups because you did not move along fast enough for them.
